Getting To Know The Founder

Hi everyone! I am Randi Elston, and I am the founder of Radiant Homes. I'm writing to tell everyone a little bit about myself. Currently, at the age of 18, I am half way through getting my Associates degree in Business Management. I have a passion for people and homes; therefore, I will be going into real estate once I finish college. And, I am starting this company alongside real estate because of my love for interior design.

I should also let every one know ahead of time that I am a dog mom to two precious dogs. My first dog is Sophie; she's a 12 year old Yorkie. I have had her since she was 8 weeks. All I can say is that in these past twelve years I have grown comepletely obsessed with her. However, my boyfriend and I decided that we wanted to get a puppy together. That puppy has grown into a massive German Shepherd puppy. Oakley is 6 months old and weighing around 70ish pounds already. So, between being a full time student, a dog mom, and starting a business it gets pretty crazy around here. I wouldn't have it any other way though.

Everyone should know that I am a go getter, and I have big goals set for myself. One of those goals is this company becoming a success. I can only make this goal come true with handwork, determination, and the help of my family, friends, and everyone else that is reading.
